Account Creation: You must sign in using your Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Account Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to manage the Google My Business profiles you connect to the Service.

4. Permissions and Access

By using the Service, you grant us permission to:

  • Access your Google My Business accounts and locations
  • Create, edit, and publish posts on your behalf
  • Access and respond to reviews
  • Retrieve analytics and performance data
  • Manage your business information as authorized by you

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI features is provided "as is" and you are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publication.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions or modifications.

8. Fees and Payment

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.
