Terms of Service

1.1 “GBoost.ai” refers to the AI-powered platform operated under the name GBoost.ai.

1.2 “User,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual or business entity accessing or using the Service.

1.3 “Service” refers to all features provided by GBoost.ai, including content generation, Google Business Profile posting, review response automation, and review invitation tools.

1.4 “Google Business Profile” or “GBP” refers to a business listing managed through Google.

1.5 “Content” refers to any text, images, posts, review replies, or other materials generated, edited, approved, or published through the Service.

2.1 GBoost.ai provides an AI-assisted system designed to support businesses in maintaining an active Google Business Profile. The Service includes automated generation of Google Business Profile posts, AI-assisted review replies, and a customer review invitation feature.

2.2 The Service functions as a content automation and assistance tool only. GBoost.ai does not provide professional, medical, legal, or regulatory advice, and does not guarantee business performance outcomes.

2.3 GBoost.ai does not replace human input. Users remain responsible for verifying and approving all generated content before publication.

3.1 Access to the Service is available exclusively via Google Sign-In. By logging in, you authorize GBoost.ai to access your Google account solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

3.2 You confirm that you are the owner of, or have authorized management access to, the connected Google Business Profile.

3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Google account and for all activities conducted through your GBoost.ai account.

4.1 By using the Service, you grant GBoost.ai permission to read, manage, and publish content to your Google Business Profile, including posting updates and responding to customer reviews.

4.2 GBoost.ai operates strictly within the permissions granted by you. Revoking or limiting permissions may result in partial or complete loss of Service functionality.

4.3 GBoost.ai shall not be liable for any actions, restrictions, suspensions, or penalties imposed by Google on your Google Business Profile.

5.1 GBoost.ai uses artificial intelligence to generate content suggestions. All AI-generated content is provided on an “as-is” basis and must be reviewed by the User.

5.2 The User remains the final publisher and assumes full responsibility for all content approved and published through the Service.

5.3 GBoost.ai provides an approval system to allow Users to review content prior to posting. Users are strongly encouraged to use this feature to ensure compliance and accuracy.

5.4 Users are responsible for providing instructions regarding restricted topics, prohibited keywords, or content categories to be avoided. While the system includes a basic filtering mechanism, it does not guarantee complete compliance.

5.5 GBoost.ai shall not be liable for inaccuracies, regulatory violations, reputational damage, or legal claims arising from content published by the User.

6.1 The Service includes a feature allowing Users to invite customers to submit Google reviews.

6.2 Customers may optionally use AI-assisted wording suggestions before submitting their review directly on Google. GBoost.ai does not post reviews on behalf of customers.

6.3 Users confirm that they have obtained appropriate consent from customers before sending review invitations and that customer data is lawfully collected and used.

7.1 GBoost.ai operates on a subscription basis with multiple plans, including Plus, Edge and enterprise. Plan features and pricing are displayed on the website and may be updated from time to time.

7.2 Subscriptions may be billed on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the User’s selection.

7.3 A one-month free trial may be offered to new Users (On-request). Upon completion of the trial, continued access requires an active paid subscription.

7.4 All subscription fees are non-refundable. This includes monthly fees, annual fees, unused portions of a subscription period, and early cancellations.

8.1 Payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway. GBoost.ai does not store full payment card details.

8.2 By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to your selected plan.

8.3 Failed or declined payments may result in temporary suspension or termination of Service access.

9.1 Users agree not to use the Service for unlawful, misleading, deceptive, offensive, or harmful activities.

9.2 Users must not publish content that violates third-party rights, Google policies, or applicable laws.

9.3 Users must not attempt to exploit, disrupt, or bypass system security, limitations, or safeguards.

9.4 GBoost.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10.1 All intellectual property rights in the GBoost.ai platform, including software, branding, and system design, remain the exclusive property of GBoost.ai.

10.2 Users retain ownership of their business content and AI-generated outputs created for their account.

10.3 Users grant GBoost.ai a limited, non-exclusive license to process content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

11.1 The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

11.2 GBoost.ai makes no warranties regarding service availability, content accuracy, or business outcomes.

11.3 AI-generated content may contain errors, and Users are responsible for verifying all content before publication.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, GBoost.ai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12.2 Total liability, if any, shall be limited to the subscription fees paid by the User in the twelve months preceding the claim.

13.1 Users may cancel their subscription at any time.

13.2 GBoost.ai may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, payments fail, or legal or security concerns arise.

13.3 Content published to Google prior to termination will remain unless removed by the User.

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

14.2 Users accessing the Service from outside Malaysia are responsible for compliance with local laws.

15.1 GBoost.ai reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

15.2 Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
